Pretty hard to find; evening staff was lovely. The hotel is right on the promenade.

Great location and helpful staff
The staff of the hotel was great! They helped us with parking and with going to Mt Hermon. Location was right on the water near a promenade with multiple restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing.

Hotel carino sul lungolago
Boutique hotel direttamente sulla passeggiata lungolago e comodo al vicino parcheggio. Pulizia da migliorare e le condizioni soprattutto del bagno necessitano di qualche aggiornamento. La colazione viene servita nella piacevole terrazza fronte lago.
Vista la posizione e il luogo pensavamo di passare una notte di totale silenzio e relax invece non è stato così. Da una piazzetta a lato ad un certo punto è partita musica ad altissimo volume durata fino a quasi le 3 di notte. Peccato

Price abruptly high for a hostel.
Price abruptly high for the a room without view! Breakfast not fresh, Israeli style, instead of international buffet, no fresh orange juice, no fresh scrambled eggs, no fresh baggetts,,,,,, the hotel is next to the lake, but there is boat offering nor swimming in the lake, sponsored by the hotel,,,,, so what did we pay that price for????

pricey an old place that was sold as a boutique
The hotel was marked as boutique but nothing earns that title. The bathroom is very small, you can not turn in the shower, no bar of soap for washing hands, and breakfast is not was would consider good in Israel. Smelly bedroom, but the hotel is located in from of the Sea of Galilee. The first floor is at the level where you can not open the windows or shades. Stay away from this expensive place.

This was a fantastic place for years to sit and have an early breakfast right by the Sea. The place has obviously switched ownership because hospitality is last on the list. They seemed to cage in the patio with plastic for reasons most tourists would not understand; to much heat too much rain to much wind. All the reasons patio cafe's have indoor seating if the elements are too bad. Coupled with workers and servers that ignore you, I don't know how this place stays open. So sad it was such a quaint place to go.
